One week down

I have finished my first week of training - and I am still alive!!! Nothing hurts and I feel fab!
Today (Sunday) Kevin and I ran along the Brisbane river from the Botanical gardens, past Eagle Street Pier, over Storey Bridge (it's a must do!), along Kangaroo Point and over the Goodwill Bridge, back through the Botanical gardens and ended up at Eagle Street Pier for coffee. It was just under 7km, and we did it easily, still trying to keep the dreaded heart rate below 150bpm.

I now get what Alan is on about - at this pace, I feel as if I could keep going for ever....

And to top it all, I've lost about half a kilogram!
